They were scheduled for 4-5pm. Arrived @ 5pm. It started to rain. We had different opinions on placement of ramp from truck. I wanted to avoid mud & wet leaves being tracked in the house. At 6:20, their boss asked me to make a call to confirm appt.. I called the # he gave me, and payment was released. They considered the job done. No one asked me if there was anything else I needed. I have a queen bed mattress & box spring with frame stuck in my living room with no way to move it upstairs and also a few boxes I needed put in basement. I paid for 4men /2hrs., IF they had asked me, I could have gotten the job completed. Instead I paid for time I needed but didn't receive. They were polite and I'm grateful for the job they did, but I wish the job was completed.

They arrived a half hour early ready to work. That was fine with me. I was ready to go. They were very polite and personable when they arrived. They hustled moving boxes, appliances, pictures, etc. non-stop. They moved so quickly and efficiently that they were almost too fast for me to keep up with. I wouldn't change a thing. If we need help in the future, I won't hesitate to hire these guys again. Thanks for making this part of our move go smoothly.
