So I needed help with some of the heavier items during my move. I had used hire-a-helper in the past and have no complaints. This time, I went with their provider, Fast Track Moving and Storage. Their sight looked good, background checks on their employees. All professionals, BUT THAT IS ALL a LIE! Some guy named KORRY WILLIAMS, either in Louisiana or Tennessee, not sure. Will take your money you paid for professionals, vetted, and had background checks done! And go on Craigslist and find the cheapest labor he can find! NO VETTING, NO BACKGROUND CHECKS! FOR ALL I KNOW THE GUYS WHO SHOWED UP COULD HAVE BEEN CONVICTED FELLONS, OR REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS! lead guy kept mentioning a "pay code" to make sure he got paid for the job, not sure what he meant, or what was going on. INSISTED I CALL KORRY, then Lots of arguing and fighting using MY PHONE! He asked me how long i thought the job would take, I told KORRY 4 hours, but i dont know, Not my profession! And these guys were anything but professionals! The job ended up taking 3 hours. I contacted hire-a-helper, told them how long the job took, and gave them the ok to release the payment. I am now being harassed by Korry because he paid them for 4 hours and only got the money for 3. Then I realized these guys didn't work for Fast Track Moving! They were Craigslist hires. He has called me a "snitch" and said " guess your to slow to understand how business works" Don't trust this guy! He is a con-man and a scammer! Hey korry, how's that for being a "snitch"?

The movers were polite and attentive to instructions as to where everything needed to go. The truck was blocking one lane of the street so I had to direct traffic. The truck empty in less than two hours.
They did a hood job and we got our moneys worth.

They showed up 2 1/2 hours late. 2 1/2 hours late. If you've moved you know how this messes everything up. There was only two things that was secured in the truck that they packed. . Everything else moved around. I contracted 3 men for 3 hours for $530. The reason I mentioned this is so no one should do this. Pay by the hour. It took them one hour. Nothing about this experience was professional. It makes me wonder just who is writing 4 star revues.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should first make sure they have all their belongings they will need for the moving process, like keys, wallets and overnight clothes bags. Make sure there are no glass or breakable items inside dresser drawers, or heavy items like books! Also, customers should make sure all electronics like tv remote controllers and other devices are disconnected and gathered together for easy reassembly on the unload.

We do ALL types of moves from High-End, seniors and military, commercial and business owners, college students, to Single family homes and apartment complexes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A mentor of mine in college that I built a close relationship with ran his own Moving Company and I worked part time for him while in school. I always enjoyed the physicality of moving furniture, and was a natural in customer service and Logistics. He began grooming me to one day run my own moving company. My favorite part about being a mover is the double satisfaction it provides, a quality service that I can be proud of and at the same time being a part of a very important moment in a family's life.

We offer professional moving training and courses for our crews to be fully equipped with the proper training and skills for any job site.
