Marshall, who was our crew lead was exceptional. Very professional and courteous toward our client. Even after we experienced complications and had to extend the crew by an extra two hours, he did not complain and accomplished the job. Our move was not typical box moving. It was a woodworking shop with many different shaped heavy machines, sailboat, kayaks, 8x8 raft, outdoor furniture and a few sofas. It took a long time to both pack and unpack - a twelve hour day for the crew with a lot of HEAVY lifting. The crew worked steadily throughout the day and well into darkness. They were very careful with the equipment and other furnishings. The crew leader was very knowledgeable, but had to keep the others busy some of the rime since needs and approach to packing were not always anticipated by the other crew members. Some of this is to be expected since dense packing takes careful planning. They did fill the 26' truck to the top packing a very diverse set of goods.They were very respectful to each other and us. They arrived 10 minutes early ready to go. We would definitely hire them again.

They did not pack the truck or the storage facility efficiently or wisely. I had to repack the whole storage facility to get my last load in. Their was plenty of room for it all but the packing was not planned well to get all the furniture in the storage facility.
