All 4 guys were very respectful and helpful. I had no issues with the job they performed.
My only concern was the fact that we were relatively naive in the moving process, and in reviewing the amt of furniture we had vs the largest Pod, I wish we had been steered toward getting an additional Pod. I know my daughter did go over what furniture we needed transported, and we were woefully underserved with the largest Pod.
Also the job took exactly half the amount of time scheduled and I understand a minimum time, but I feel it would have been a bit more fair to refund or credit at least one hour especially since we are employing you on the other end of the move.
All were pleasant, but I hope my thoughts are understood not as complaints, but as concerns. Thank you

Tyler and Eric arrived on time and ready to go. They were very receptive to some suggestions I had about best way to handle our particular job and we worked very well together to unload and safely store the entire contents of the POD within the estimated 2-hour window. They were both very careful handling all the items and engaged in pleasant conversation throughout our work together. Would highly recommend and use again in future.

The two men arrived on time and were ready to pack the PODs container I had delivered the day before. The day quickly hit a snag as the brand new bolt-cutter-resistant padlock I had purchased and placed on the empty POD the day before wouldn't open. The key ended up breaking in the lock! The two guys from Handy Hands Labor didn't waste any time though, while I was out getting a new power tool to cut the lock off, they moved most of the furniture from the house into the garage ready to fill the POD as soon as it was open. They filled the container quickly and efficiently fitting everything in with room to spare. Everything was done within two hours. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
