The managers and people I dealt with leading up to move day were great. The two sent to help us move were nice, but not efficient at all. We had a the largest truck and couldn’t even put all of our stuff in for one load, simply due to inefficient moving. Unfortunately, I’ve moved more times than I can count, and I have a ton of experience with movers. These guys were good, but not the best I’ve used. I also had the guys helping try to skip out before we were done, and had to call their manager to get them to stay. That was also annoying but we worked it out. Overall, I’d give them 3.5 stars.

James and Zach were amazing. They were fast and efficient with loading our 16ft POD. Looking forward to using them both again for our moving truck.

This is the second time I've used the assistance of Super Moving Brothers and they are fantastic! They were on time, very respectful of my property and goods, and worked hard to be finished on time or early. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SHADY AND LIARS! ALEX IS LIEING THRIUTH HIS TERTH BELOW! They busted our 65” 4k OLED TV, gashed up and broke a leg off our entertainment center, gashed my office cabinet, dragged our mattress across the pavement getting oil on it and drawing the expensive mattress frabric by the moving truck and finally ruined my office desk in three places and refused to fix it and after many calls and getting the shady stoned owner Alex in person finally gave out merely $300. My home owners insurance had to pay out $6531 to replace it all. The guys that showed up said some crazy sexist and derogatory things about a neighbor and were user nightmares. THESE GUYS ARE DANGEROUS SCAMMERS WITH FAKE REVIEWS !!!AVOID!!! WHATEVER RESPONSE HE GIVES IS GOING TO BE LIES JUST LIKE ALL THE EXCUSES HE CLAIMED THEN SAID IT WAS IN THE CONDITION BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP EVEN THOUGHT HE DIDN’T SEE IT AND IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR THAT CONDITION,THEN TOLD ME ADTER I CORNERED HIM THEY WEREN’T INSURED FOR IT

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you will be contacted asap by one of our local professional movers, to go over the details of your move and answer any questions you might have. You will also have our direct phone number that you can call or text anytime. You can expect peace of mind that you will get your moneys worth when picking our moving services.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, we will be arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled move. We like to be early just to get settled in and introduce ourselves. Once we begin, just sit back and be amazed at how quick we work while being careful at the same time! You won't have to worry about rude, unprofessional movers when picking us. Instead, you will receive a 5 star moving experience from friendly, polite, strong movers who know what they are doing!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make moving day as easy as possible, the battle is won in the prep work. Boxes are safely packed and organized, ready to be taken. Make sure you have everything that you don't want taken on the moving truck separated, so we don't accidentally pack it with your other belongings. But don't worry about covering furniture, or disassembling, or disconnecting appliances. We will take care of all of that for you!
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local residential and small office moves. Although we have done some long distance moves as well, we are mostly local. We have done everything from small jobs like an in-house rearrange to big jobs like out of state moves. No matter what the move is, we'll be there for you!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is being there for somebody who really needs help. In most cases, they could not have done their move without us and the gratitude that they show when it is all finished is, hands down, is our favorite part of being a mover! Although, we are really the grateful ones for you choosing us. We hope to continue to help people everywhere for a long time to come!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We here at the Super Moving Bros. believe in constantly learning and getting better every day. Not only do we have a training orientation for everybody who joins us, but we are constantly training while on moves, and we also have monthly meetings for extra training tips so everybody learns together. We are very serious about learning and growing and staying focused on our goal. Our goal is to be movers for life for you, your family, and friends!
