They arrived late , no one called to let us
Know we had to make calls to see if they were coming. When they arrived they did a good job.

We had a large truck and they did a great job unloading it in a timely manner. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is they were over 30 minutes outside the window they confirmed (8:35 arrival in a 7-8AM) window.

I would have given them a 5 star, but they were an hour late. However, they were HARD workers, courteous, cooperative, and packed the truck amazing! I would reccomend these guys anytime.

Once they arrived they did good. They were a little over two hours late, which because we were moving in was not a big deal to us. If we were on a tight schedule though it certainly would have messed that up. On arrival they were nice and professional. They brought their own hand trucks which was great and sped up the job. Would recommend to a friend.

They were both very professional and worked well that day. The problem I had was that they didn’t tie anything down and everything shifted in transit. Some of my furniture got damaged because of it.

Communication prior to moving day could have been better. On day of move the guys were 2 hours late. They did carefully handle our furniture and worked well getting it in place. The helpers who packed us on the other end came with tools and were prepared to disassemble and wrap pieces. Guys from 5 Star were not prepared to unwrap or reassemble furniture. They did do an acceptable job moving the pieces into the house from the PODs.
