I cannot say enough good things about 5 Star Moving. They helped me with a move, loading my belongings from several storage units into a 20-foot U-Haul truck. Looking back, I should have rented a 26-foot truck, but they made the best of the situation and never once complained.
To make matters worse, I realized after we arrived that I had forgotten the keys to my storage units. They patiently waited while I drove back to U-Haul to retrieve them, and when I returned, they got right back to work with positive attitudes as if nothing had happened.
Throughout the move, they were professional, hardworking, organized, and incredibly efficient. They worked seamlessly as a team, communicated well with one another, and took excellent care of my belongings while still keeping the job moving. Their experience and teamwork were obvious from the moment they started.
What really stood out was their attitude. They were friendly, easy to work with, and even laughed at my jokes—which was a bonus! Moving is stressful enough, but they somehow managed to make the experience enjoyable.
I've hired movers many times over the years, and 5 Star Moving is one of the best crews I've ever worked with. If I ever need movers again, they will be my first call. I recommend them without hesitation.

5 Star unloaded 3 pods for me. After the first pod they knew where the room my box names should go in. The team was very efficient and accommodating.

They showed up 45 minutes late. By that time, I had most packed up. They only worked for about 45 minutes. The guys worked hard. I have no issue with them. However, when I called to ask for some sort of relief with the price ($333), they gave me a measly $10 off. I’d expect better customer service from a company that is hoping to get people to hire them.
