DeShawn and Maleek were awesome! They did a great job but there was a drop with our washer/dryer unit and it was destroyed. We contacted office to report, company claims to be insured! I have sent many pictures and tried to contact repeatedly with no action or response of replacing my new unit. Costing me over $80 so far in laundry mat fees. I don't believe they are insured and don't want to replace what was broke!

Terrible organization skills. Helpers insulting each other. No respect for personal items. Low stamina to complete the assignment. Dropping items towards the end of the loading. Left about 30% of my items on the garage because of lack of organization on 28 foot trailer. I hire a different team to redo their mess the next day and the entire home fitted in the same trailer.

These guys were great ! They notified me on their way to the job. They were a few minutes early but got the directions of what I wanted done and went straight to work. They preformed everything like they were told and more !! They knew exactly what they were doing . They were very pleasant to work with. Most definitely will hire them again.

I’m not going to leave a review until your company sends my claim # to dispute the service. I am not going to mention names, but they did not for finish the job and left before truck was loaded. Those three guys were awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They handled my furniture as if it was their's. Moving company prior was a no show. Bar Boy Movers responded quickly and took care of my family. I'd refer them to any one looking for help. 5 Star Company!!!!????????????????????

I don’t have a problem with the work the crew did but I do with your company. I won’t use either service again. It is completely ridiculous not to provide some refund if services have been overbooked. I’m sure I would have been charged if the job had gone overtime. I was overcharged $1000 because of this. And I don’t appreciate being solicited for tips.
