My wife and daughter needed help moving several large items onto a UHaul truck while I was out of town, so I hired this company to do so. The movers showed up more than an hour early so my wife and daughter weren't really ready for them, they were still boxing things up and had to stop doing that to supervise the movers. The movers were constantly on their phones and did not take their job seriously. They did manage to load some of the items needed, but myself and a couple of friends had to show up after we arrived back home to complete work that should have been done by this company.

Showed up late to unload plus the movers didn't know they were to be at loading and unload. 1 person Showed up very late and being charged .I would not recommend them bad service

The team from Bar Boys exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their unloading services during our recent move.
The 3 gentlemen arrived before their scheduled time and came ready to work.
They treated all of our belongings with great care, ensuring nothing was damaged during the process. They went the extra mile to ensure that each item was placed precisely where it was intended.
I would not hesitate to hire Bar Boys again, and have already recommended them to friends and family. Their professionalism, work quality, and respect for clients' properties was commendable.

I was very unsatisfied by the service of Bar boys movers. They arrived at 5:30 pm and I was originally told they would arrive from 1-2 PM. The Storage facility stopped access to doors and elevator at 10 PM. The movers had not finished moving my furnishings in...therefore, we had to leave my furnishings unsecured in the hallway of storage facility and come back the next morning.

I did give a 2 star rating because the crew leader did come back early the next morning and help me get the rest moved in at storage facility.

A good amount of items were dropped and broken during the move. I will not use Hire A Helper or Bar boys movers again.

I will be glad for Hire a Helper to contact me to discuss more.
