Horrible. Damaged many items. Hired for 5 hours. One of the guys left foe over 30 minutes. Didn't bring a dolly or other equipment. Called 1.75 hours later stating they were done. They shoved everything in the storage unit and jammed a carpet into the rollers of ythe storage unit door. I asked if they were licensed and bonded and was told they passed a record check. Reported to BBB and the attorney general's office.

Outstanding team! We had an awkward move up some steep stairs with a narrow hallway and not only did they get the job done but they were friendly and had great attitudes!

When you book with us you can rest assured that your move will be handled with care. Moving is stressful period. We understand that your life is packed away in these boxes, and we won't drop them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will arrive on time if not early. Clean and ready to work. Equipment in hand. Customer service with a smile.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience in both local and long distance moves. Mostly residential.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
When the job is done and I can shake the customers hand wishing them well on their new beginning. I love helping people get started on a positive note versus the moving day from your nightmares.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide a lot of video training. The most affective training I have found is to keep the new hire under your wing for some hands on training. Making sure they know how to use the equipment, loading a truck, and surveying a job to get an overview of what needs to be done before we get started. These are just a few things my crew members learn in order to play an important role in making the customers move run smoothly.
