Mike and Richard were an excellent crew. They got right to work unloading the PODS and worked effectively and efficiently. They only took a break when I asked them to. It was clear they knew what they were doing and worked well together.

They started out great. I showed them blankets to cover items. They wanted to show each other up on their strength. The guys were nice. When it came to unloading they didn’t listen when I explained what would fit through what doors. I have moved many times with out damages to any of my items and this is my first time hiring movers instead of friends. They didn’t cover my couch with a blanket I provided and then pushed hard through the door. The couch has damage but the company did contact me and is willing to work to see how to help resolve the issue.
I also found other pieces of furniture with damage after they left that previous didn’t have damage. Now I have to work to get repairs company. I will update review if I am fully satisfied with results.

When you book with us you can rest assured that your move will be handled with care. Moving is stressful period. We understand that your life is packed away in these boxes, and we won't drop them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will arrive on time if not early. Clean and ready to work. Equipment in hand. Customer service with a smile.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience in both local and long distance moves. Mostly residential.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
When the job is done and I can shake the customers hand wishing them well on their new beginning. I love helping people get started on a positive note versus the moving day from your nightmares.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide a lot of video training. The most affective training I have found is to keep the new hire under your wing for some hands on training. Making sure they know how to use the equipment, loading a truck, and surveying a job to get an overview of what needs to be done before we get started. These are just a few things my crew members learn in order to play an important role in making the customers move run smoothly.
