Originally requested 3 movers for 3 hours for our 2 bedroom (two floor duplex) move. We were informed the day before the move that our U-haul rental truck was a bit delayed, so we called the day before the move to request a later time and the movers were willing to accommodate. They arrived about half an hour later than expected on the day of the move, but we did not mind as we were not in a rush and appreciated their willingness to accommodate the later start time. Loading took longer than expected, so we paid for an additional hour (4 hours total) to get everything loaded in the truck. This is likely because they helped with wrapping and padding some furniture (which we didn't complete ourselves in advance) as well as very carefully and systematically stacking items in the truck so that everything would fit. They also kindly accommodated a couple requests about organization (e.g., we had to load our sofa last so that we could drop it off at a consignment shop before leaving town). We requested rope when we booked, but they didn't arrive with any. There was a brief miscommunication about whether we needed to go out to purchase rope or whether another mover would pick it up, but the hardware store was close by so once the miscommunication was cleared up we were able to go pick up rope without losing too much time. The movers tied down everything, resulting in very little, if any shifting during the roughly 6 hours of driving the truck, which we were very happy about. Movers were all friendly and conversational. 3 movers may not have been necessary, given that only one (maybe two) at a time could help with arranging items in the truck, tetris-style. However, it may have taken quite a bit longer to get all of our items out of the house with only 2 movers. Would definitely recommend supplying your own rope (one bundle of I think 100 ft was sufficient) and wrapping all furniture with moving pads or blankets and plastic wrap ahead of time if you'd like to save time and money during the loading process. However, we were at least glad that they had the extra time available and didn't leave us stranded with furniture and boxes we would need to load in the truck ourselves. Would recommend and use their service again.

Highly recommend! Extremely professional, extremely careful. Did a walkthrough and took boxes on the way out - didn’t stop moving till it was done. Came exactly on time, and got my move done with an hour to spare. Next time I move I’ll call them first and recommend you do the same. Moving is stressful - these guys made it a lot less! Thank you!

we had a great loading team with movers and more. a couple things: jerry was especially communicative and responsive. he was willing to nudge the loading schedule sooner when the container showed up earlier than expected. and, when there was a little problem with the tie-downs, he took care of it immediately and cheerfully. this was a big deal and i appreciated it.

We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame it’s best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tv’s dismounted etc...
