I scheduled 4 helpers for 3 hours, but Alice at Helps U Move notified me that only 3 helpers were available that day. The 3 men who came were all very anxious to please and worked very hard.
They actually unloaded the truck in just 2 hours rather than the 3 hours that were scheduled, but were kind enough to drive the rental truck to the refuel station and then to the truck return location. I have never driven a truck this large and was very grateful that they were willing to do this for me. The truck return location was just 3 miles from my new home, but helping me with this was very helpful and certainly above and beyond!
I would definitely recommend Helps U Move.
They also arrived on time and were very careful with my furniture.
My only criticism is that one of the men seemed to think that they needed to hurry to the next job even though less than the 3 hours scheduled were used.

They were rude obnoxious men. They did put most things where I had asked and laughed and made fun of me whenever I did. I am disabled and hurt myself moving things myself. They most definitely are not in anyway professionals. They thru their cigarettes butts everywhere.
She accused the helpers of taking her dolly. They went back the next day and showed her where it was. The move went fine. no items were damaged and she gave the helpers a nice tip when they were done. Richard & Albert.

They were 5 hours late. One worker was very good the other was very lazy.

This move was horrible. Many furniture pieces were broken, because heavy objects and boxes were packed on top of lighter furniture. Boxes were packed upside down although clearly marked. They were some what prepared for the job minus a dolly. The movers were nice guys, but clearly they were under pressure to finish the job and move to the next. I would not use them again!!!!

Thankful they carried everything down the two flights of stairs. I had to direct the loading of the truck as they were not loading it to my liking, leaving lots of open space, not filling the truck to capacity. No one showed up between the allotted time, Alice was very helpful when I called and she sent another team to load our truck...we started loading over two hours late.
