There aren't enough good things I could say about the quality of service this company provides. Jose and Rico were excellent. They showed up on time (8 am, on the dot) and immediately got to work. They were friendly yet very professional, and did an amazing job packing our truck for the 950 mile move we made to Texas. Not a single item was damaged. Their rates were also extremely reasonable. Highly, highly recommended.

Jason and Chris were very careful rapping and loading every thing that had to be put on the truck, they packed so well that when I got to my place out of state not one thing had shifted or broke. These guys were awesome and I will ask for them again when I have to pack the rest of my household items. It's not very often that you can find good help and I would recommed this service to all my friends. Thanks for a great job Jason & Chris.

L&U Services unloaded our pod for us last weekend. They worked efficiently and quickly and did the job just as expected. They were polite, nice guys. They did not bring a dolly with them as the dispatcher said they would, which only made their job more difficult, I assume. The price was outstanding, but the unloaders could use a small bit of coaching on professionalism.

Great job! Chris and Jason (Jayson?) were friendly, polite, professional, fast, and they really knew what they were doing! They were running a little late, due to morning traffic, but they called us and showed up within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. They moved our college daughter's stuff from her apartment and into a POD within an hour an a half: something that would have taken my daughter, my husband, and me the better part of a day if we'd done it ourselves. They were careful with all her furniture and boxes, and they really knew how to pack the POD efficiently, utilizing the space to its maximum. When they were through, everything in the POD was packed in tight, cushioned, and strapped down. We would definitely utilize this service again and we recommend them without reserve!

We thought the job they did was superb until we unloaded our goods. We found many scraped areas on the furniture, even though I had rented 4 dozen furniture pads. Some of the damaged edges of the furniture are unrepairable and some can be covered with stain. They were quick and loaded within the time frame I had contracted for, which I was thankful for. If I ever had a need to use them again, I would take a more active role in the packing.
