We were VERY pleased at the help provided for our moving truck loading! Reuben and Jose were excellent; they were work horses! They service provided was excellent. They were willing to do anything needed to load our truck, and did it with great speed and accuracy. We would definatley use them again!

I was not happy with my two helpers. They would come up from unloading the boxes smelling like smoke, and they said they appreciated being tipped. While moving is hard work, I don't think they put the extra care in unloading my stuff. Also, there where several things left in the truck that I had find later. Lastly, if not prompted they would not have assembled any furniture...I would not use this service again. They did not use a dolly so it a lot longer to unload my truck.

Not just unloaders - AWESOME LOADERS TOO! Joe and his helper were great. They arrived on time, wrapped all the furniture and loaded the truck faster than anticipated. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Unloading Services of Colorado did a fantastic job. I was on the third floor of an apartment complex with a truck full of heavy things and they unloaded it all quickly, efficiently and with nary a complaint. Their good humor, careful handling and expertise made the moving process smooth and low-stress. Kit and Ryan were wonderful and I highly recommend Unloading Services of Colorado.

I hired two helpers to move my 5th floor apartment. I have a couple of difficult pieces which is why I hired help. First, they sent a woman as one of the helpers, which I wasn't thrilled about because I do a have a larger piece that she wasn't able to help with on the stairs. Then, they tried to get my couch down to the truck first. The guy wasted about 20 minutes because he was adamant to get my couch in the elevator, the whole time the woman was telling him it had to go down the stairs, which it did. I also felt he acted annoyed when he realized the couch had to go down the stairs and when I wanted the love seat put into a back bedroom. The other major piece I have is an EXTREMELY heavy dresser. When I moved in, I hired two guys who were able to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. With this move, they did get it to fit in the elevator, but then they couldn't even get it down a half flight of stairs. The guy asked a RESIDENT to help him which I felt was completely inappropriate. When we finally got to the new home, a neighbor had to run over to help him get it into the house. The neighbor seemed more fit to be working as a mover than my actual movers did. Overall my goal was to get the major pieces on the truck and moved into the within the 3 hours, which they would have done if he had not wasted 20 minutes trying to stuff the couch into the elevator. So the major goal was completed and while I haven't completely unpacked, nothing major was broken. They did leave a minor scratches to the new floor and scraped up the door way into an office that will need to be painted over.
Based on experiences I have had with other companies, I would not use this company again. Other companies within the same price range have had have been a much less stressful moving experience.
THE EXTREMELY LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS REQUIRED SPECIAL HANDLING IN SMALL SPACES.
THE CUSTOMER TIPED THE HELPERS AND TOLD THEM THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO LET HELPERS KNOW IN ADVANCE OF SPECIAL NEEDS.
THE CUSTOMERS NEIGHBOR PUSHED THE COUCH AND SCRATCHED THE FLOOR AFTER THE HELPERS ASK HIM NOT TO..
