The helpers arrived on time were very polite and respectful. I had hired them for 5 hours, they worked hard for the 5 hrs I had them. I would definitely use them again, and my son who was also there said he would use them, and recommend them to friends.

The four guys arrived at a reasonable time , two had to return for more 'equipment' but were soon back. Worked hard all day with some heavy lifts and two flights of stairs. A few knocks and scratches but to be expected. Respectful and would hire again

Promt, clean, nice and we'll spoken. I ordered two workers for two hours to load a 26 ft Penske truck. I had 4 to 5 rooms of furniture and half a garage full of boxes. Over 99% of all the furniture was already down stairs minus the washer and dryer. I spoke with the owner telling him this so his guys would be ready. The sent me one worker and a trainee, the trainee was extremely slow and didn't have a clue on what to do. The owner and another worker had to come relieve them and it still took them more time. They also didn't rap the furniture properly and in some cases not at all, I had many items damaged. I will not use them again, buy cheep and get cheep !

They were little late(30 mins), but worked fast and hard.
The company said they would provide tools, but the guys who came said they did not have any. They were very adept at making due with what we had though.

These two helpers were fantastic. They contacted us to let us know when they would arrive. They showed up on time, and went right to work. Unloaded a large U-Haul up two flights of stairs, and never once complained. Great work ethic, handled property with care and always asked where we wanted items placed. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Craiger/American Movers for making my move to Charlotte a stress free experience.

email stated they would be there at 9:00, mover called and said he was going to be late, but he wasn't supposed to be there till 10:00.they arrived at 10:45.when I wanted them to stay and finish the job, they couldn't because they had another job. my kids and I finished ourselves. The guys were nice and moved all the heavy stuff, but if I had gotten the time I needed it wouldn't have been as bad.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
First we call to set up the move, ask for more info about what items we are moving. We like to do a walk thru and set a plan for your move (all moves are different)if using Pack-rat or Pods. Make sure if we're providing labor only to have plenty of clear wrap, tape, & blankets for us to secure your items professionally.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we leave the office we text you a link to a real time gps map, showing our exact arrival time. Once there we always walk Thur the home to get a picture of how we're going to load truck , make sure Anything not going is in a room to itself. We are the oldest company on here to offer labor only & full service (so we know a thing or two about moving).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be prepared, try and get the truck the might before (if labor only service), in busy times I've seen so many people go to get the truck that morning and not have one, have all boxes taped,do not over load boxes going up any stairs
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled some huge moves like Jay Williams (Carolina Panthers) Terry Clark (Country music legend) to name a few. We also help with small moves (just move few item), deliveries, In-House, Office relocations, junk removal.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting people. We love it! Started working as officer after college and people were happy to see me show up.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members work under me for few months ... If they make it! Even if they moved 100 times or work for a van line ( we have no reviews of things broken and that's from me with years of experience moving. We take pride in what we do & plan to keep going for generations to come.
