The fellows arrived within 15 minutes of the exact time I requested and were very polite. They were very understanding when the truck they were supposed to load was late. When the truck arrived, they wasted no time! Very organized and efficient with the way they loaded it, my boxes were packed tight and careful. They were so fast, they completed they loading in under an hour. No breaks, no wasting any time, very fast! They paid special attention to the box labeling, especially the fragile items. I'd hire these guys again in a minute. The only downside is they aren't available where I moved to so they can't unload for me, ha ha.

The movers arrived on time an was ready to go to work. They got the truck unloaded quickly and was very cautious with the the furniture and walls. Both of the guys were very polite. I was very pleased with them.

Arrived on time and called first to let me know they were on their way. They worked really hard and completed the unloading in less than an hour, which was great, but I later saw a few places they had nicked walls/furniture so it would have been better for them to take a bit more time.

The Move Crew arrived within their scheduled time and called prior to their arrival to let us know exactly when they would arrive. They hit the ground running and wasted no time in getting to work. They handled our furniture and appliances well and managed to pack our furniture securely even though we did not have the appropriate packing materials. We would use them again without question.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
First we call to set up the move, ask for more info about what items we are moving. We like to do a walk thru and set a plan for your move (all moves are different)if using Pack-rat or Pods. Make sure if we're providing labor only to have plenty of clear wrap, tape, & blankets for us to secure your items professionally.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we leave the office we text you a link to a real time gps map, showing our exact arrival time. Once there we always walk Thur the home to get a picture of how we're going to load truck , make sure Anything not going is in a room to itself. We are the oldest company on here to offer labor only & full service (so we know a thing or two about moving).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be prepared, try and get the truck the might before (if labor only service), in busy times I've seen so many people go to get the truck that morning and not have one, have all boxes taped,do not over load boxes going up any stairs
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled some huge moves like Jay Williams (Carolina Panthers) Terry Clark (Country music legend) to name a few. We also help with small moves (just move few item), deliveries, In-House, Office relocations, junk removal.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting people. We love it! Started working as officer after college and people were happy to see me show up.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members work under me for few months ... If they make it! Even if they moved 100 times or work for a van line ( we have no reviews of things broken and that's from me with years of experience moving. We take pride in what we do & plan to keep going for generations to come.
