A cloud of smoke came out of the crew leader's car as he got out. He had forgotten his tools for taking apart furniture, etc., so I lent him mine. I told them about tires I had in one of the U-Pack containers but they forgot about them, causing me to have to hurriedly find room for them when the moving containers were picked up. (We only used two of the three containers left for us.) And they didn't box up my lamp covers like I asked them to. They only did one. They were nice and got the job done, but their attention to detail was lacking.
