The mover were great. The one thing I do not agree with is that they finished under (3) hours and I have to pay for ALL (6) hours with no refund. I don't want to take this away from the movers they were awesome.

They were on time and worked very hard. They placed all the boxes in the right rooms when I told them the room order and that the boxes were marked. They were very polite.

We requested 3 hours with two movers. Instead we got four guys that showed up a half an hour early and stayed maybe an hour and a half. They literally threw stuff into the truck without any regard. When the truck arrived after a cross country journey, the unloaders could not believe how unprofessional the loaders were. Everything was leaning forward stuff was upside down, things were broken. Very unhappy. We paid for a full 3 hours and then had to pay extra time for unloading because they created such a problem. It was almost unsafe for the unloaders. The unloaders however were fantastic.
Update: Filed claim over two weeks ago for several damaged items. I am not getting any response. Told EVERYTHING has to be done by email and nobody on phone can help. Getting run around.

The two gentlemen who came today arrived on time and were very efficient, hard working and polite. They HUSTLED! They worked well together and did a great job of packing everything in there. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone needing their moving services.
