While Expert Moving Services was on time, they needed a lot of supervision and direction. They only provided the muscle to unload and load the semi trailers. They did not demonstrate any mechanical skills. The did not work as hard as some of the other help. We booked 4 people for 6 hours. We were done in 5 hours but they refused to only be paid for the 5 hours they worked; we had to pay for the full duration. Next time, we will book for less hours and just pay the additional fee. Be very cautious if using this company.

Two men from Expert Moving Services, Sylvester Mose and James, who moved our belongings to a POD, were excellent. They were very nice, friendly and well spoken but fast, strong and polite. We are three senior citizens with mobility limitations and they had to help us a lot, which they cheerfully and kindly did. We are very happy to recommend them.
