I appreciate them for doing a last minute job after another company no-showed. However, they complained a lot about the job the whole time as if trying to make me feel bad about it. They also didn’t help to get any furniture in the right places, and weren't careful with the furniture so they kept hitting my walls with it. Something even broke (not any fancy piece of furniture that i’m too worried about) but they didn’t apologize or take any responsibility even though they had dropped it.

They did a good job while they were here. I was upset to find out that I would be charged for two hours “just in case” as it wasn’t clearly stated when I was selecting a moving company. They worked hard and were here for 45 minutes. They did everything we needed them to but gave us weird looks for wearing Covid masks and for asking them to avoid the room with carpet.
Generally positive and respectful and made a September 1st move possible without hurting ourselves more than we already have.
