Pros:
- The POD in the end was actually loaded pretty well
- The workers (aside from the main guy) were really nice
Cons:
- They were 1.5 hours late
- Charles was upset when he arrived because the POD was further from the apartment than he wanted, and tried to haggle for more $ based off of this
- I asked them to wrap my couch in moving pads (I provided), and they did not handle this request well. My couch ended up damaged because of this

Charles and his crew were outstanding. He talk to me and told me what he was going to do coordinate everything with his crew and got every little bit of space taken up in the container. I was amazed at how you can’t get a piece of paper in between them thanks to him doing a fantastic job. I’m happy and I don’t have to worry about packing it myself. Anytime I need help.
