The movers were excellent! They communicated their arrival time, showed up on time and were very helpful. They helped me figure out what supplies were needed and worked hard the whole time. I would use Joshua and his team again and would recommend them for any packing or moving needs.

Came about an two hours late. One of the movers were calm while the other (Andre) was a little much for me. The first thing he did was rummage through my trash and take items (without asking) from my trash can for his personal use, which in my opinion is super unprofessional and should have waited till after the job was done to ASK if he could have them. He also charged me 10 dollars for some rope to hold my things and place (which would of been a fair trade from the items he TOOK from my trashcan). He explained to me mid way that i should tip them personally than doing it through his company since they do not give them the whole tip. To top it all off, he went to the bathroom and went number two, which wasn't very professional and my apartment was not very pleasant smelling after. Wouldn't book again. Do better. Moving is already stressful.
