I was sent 2 movers who did not speak English and u do not speak Spanish so communication was just about non-existent. Further, I caught both movers numerous times on their cell phones. They both walked at a snail's pace. I was very disappointed. Further, they were unable to explain a $55 charge on my bill. I was so exasperated with them that I just paid it so they could leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM.

These movers were wonderful! They got to my apartment early, which already impressed me, but also got to work as soon as I started to show then what to move. They made sure that all my furniture made it to the truck in one piece, and if they had a question, did not hesitate to ask me. When we got to my new home, they quickly unpacked my truck and put everything in the right place. My only critique, is that the men that showed up didn't speak too much english and I had to use gestures in simple verbage. All that being said, i will definitely this company in the future!

They communicated regularly with apologies at as the prior job ran over and we were fine with it. Ours ran over by a lot!! They worked very hard and were very respectful to us and to the items being moved. We were thankful they were able and willing to stay 3 additional hours to finish as we definitely underestimated this move. They never complained, they were so kind and exhausted by the time they were done. They used their phone to translate from Spanish with us. It would have been helpful if one of them spoke English. That’s my only future request.

Camilo and his team were great. Camilo was very good with our communication before and during the move. His team was super helpful, and truly went above and beyond helping my mom and I. They even built her bed frame! I absolutely recommend Golden Movers if you need help moving into your next place.
