The two gentlemen were courteous, although one appeared distracted by his phone, frequently checking it both during our interaction and later while in the truck. One individual devoted considerable time to shrink-wrapping, seemingly unfamiliar with the process. Upon inspecting the packing of my truck, I noticed metal items were placed in direct contact with wooden surfaces. Unfortunately, some of my chairs sustained damage.
