The movers were absolutely incredible, Carlos and Santi were so helpful and I would absolutely hire them again. My problem was with the company. I had originally requested 3 hours for the move but once I got the confirmation email I decided I wanted to change it to 2 hours, so I messaged them back saying that. The movers came and did the 2 hours, but I got my invoice and I was still charged for 3 hours. The company will not work with me at all so I am now having to pay for an extra hour that wasn’t used.
