This has been a hard season for our family so this move had the potential goal to be stressful, more than normal, and they were a pleasant surprise! So so so grateful.

It started off with them looking at everything and making faces at how much stuff there was. Then they only were taking boxes so we had to ask them to please me sure to take the heavy stuff bc they U-Haul video showed that should go first. But they put it off because, we felt like, they were trying to get the little stuff so that when 3 hours was done, they wouldn't have to do it. They got a lot of stuff the first hour, but then... They kept taking forever for one item. We caught them in the truck a few times on their phones. Other times they would take something out, and it would be 5 minutes later when we would go to see where they were and they were still right outside the gate like they were just waiting until they hurt us and then they would continue to the truck. They were stalling and stalling. Then I went out there and both of them were sitting there rearranging stuff and it wasn't heavy stuff so I said can one of y'all please continue to take the things out of the house? So then it went a little faster but I had to stay out there and watch them in the extreme heat. Otherwise, We would have had to do a lot more ourselves. And then when it was time to pay, they kept wanting me to give them five stars and do the review right there when I told him I would do it later. And then even after it was done and I said I would do it later he kept going on and saying it wasn't done I needed to do the review. Finally my son told them that I would do it later And they left me alone. All in all, I think that they would have not gotten half the stuff that they did if I weren't out there watching so that they weren't on their phones installing. Also, the last hour and a half, my family took out most of the stuff for them. They were hauling stuff out there and the other guy would bring one little item at a time out. We did most of the work for half the time that they were there.
