Movers didn't speak English, refused to wrap my furniture in plastic (now several pieces are damaged), showed up with no tools, so fridge & washer were left in home initially. Had to wait on the owner to come later to disconnect the washer and pack it into the POD. Guys initially packed all boxes in POD first, then advised that they were running out of room. At this point no bulky furniture had been packed, which I explained to the owner at initial contact, that my sole purpose for hiring them was to pack bulky items.

They were very nice and respectful. However they didn't speak any English so I had to spend extra time on my dime speaking into an app for them to understand me. They worked hard, but very slow! We moved last year with two different movers and it only took 3 hours. That is with a 30 minute drive. This time it took 6 hours and the drive was only 10 minutes. They did a nice job, but left me paying twice as much as last time.
