They were an hour and a half late, and their knowledge of how to move large objects in tight spaces was a little sketchy. But they were friendly, and they were quite happy to work hard (i.e., cart heavy objects across long distances), and they were willing to take directions (i.e., when I told them that the best way to fit a weird-shaped object through a tight doorway was to rotate it such-and-such, they were happy to give it a try) so I can't complain too much.

The workers arrived on time and ready to work. Marcus and Patrick were great!! They went above and beyond and made sure all of our things were wrapped and placed appropriately in the truck. They were conscious of the time and everything was done and completed on time. I will definitely use Movers R Us again and will recommend them to future movers.

Movers were extremely polite and made sure to put boxes and furniture were they needed to end up. I would highly recommend them to others and use them in the future if need be. They called ahead and showed up within the appointment window. They completed the work faster than expected.

Got there within the time allotted, took everything we'd staged and quickly, nearly loaded it. Made quick work of the unload. Only complaint was they didn't load the bedframe rack on the first trip (because they thought that was staying?) necessitating an extra round trip.

The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
