Our movers were Marcus and Paul. We absolutely loved them! They were very professional and friendly from the start. I’m annoyed that Movers R Us didn’t prepare them for the job because it was a difficult one, especially on a hot day. They needed to lug our stuff five blocks distance from our garage to our pod with one hand truck and wound up doing it all in outstanding time. They also reassured us that it would all be fine, which I appreciated even more, and were very good at judging how things would fit in the pod. I was also under the impression they came with protective equipment we could purchase on the spot, but was told we were meant to request it through the company in advance. Glad we bought our own stuff now. Five stars literally for Marcus and Paul only. Not for Movers R Us OR HireAHelper.

They could have had better tools to perform routine disassembling things like a bed or remove legs from table. I had to loan them an adjustable wrench so they. Would remove legs from a table. He used a pair of pliers to take the bed apart.
