They were on time but their time started the moment they parked in my driveway, not when they started to move items. They were prepared to hear what needed to be done. I do not believe they worked hard as we had everything laid out and organized for them, even complimented us on how well it was laid out, but they purposely did all the easy/box/dolly items instead of the more difficult (bed, out of box unusual items) so when their time was up, we were either stuck paying for more time or doing it ourselves. We opted to do it ourselves but was frustrated as that was the main reason to ask for assistance. Perhaps it was our fault for not standing next to them and directing what to do but as professionals getting paid it should be obvious what needs to be done first to last. I suppose you can say they were respectful of our items as nothing was thrown or purposely dropped. However I would not recommend or use them again.
