What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You'll hear from me (Billy) directly to confirm your date, arrival window, and the details of your move - stairs, large items, and anything that needs to be taken apart. If anything changes, just call or text and we'll adjust.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We arrive in our arrival window with dollies, a hand truck, and tools. We walk through the job with you first, protect the big pieces, then load or unload carefully and efficiently. Before we leave, we put beds and furniture back together and do a final walk-through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have boxes packed, taped, and labeled by room. Empty dresser drawers of anything loose or fragile, reserve the elevator or loading area if your building requires it, and make sure there's parking close to the door for the truck or POD.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local apartment, condo, and house moves; loading and unloading rental trucks, PODS, and containers; in-home furniture moves; storage unit moves; senior relocations and room setups; and furniture assembly and picture hanging.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the look on a customer's face when their new place is set up and they can finally relax. Moving is stressful - we like being the part that goes right.

Every crew member works alongside me to learn how to pad and wrap furniture, lift safely, protect floors and door frames, and take apart and reassemble furniture the right way.
