The movers were absolutely amazing! They came to my home the same day the winter storm began in Texas. I would hand pick them for any move that I have. Moving Staffers I would never use again or even tell me worst enemy to give them a try. When the storm started on Friday, January 23, 2026 I called to cancel the move due to the weather and I have never been treated so rudely by several different staff members. I received the worst service I can think of and was even hung up on by 2 different agents. I asked for a Supervisor and was put on hold for 27 minutes and then my call was simply disconnected. Not to mention I was told by the rude representatives that even though it is inclement weather I would still have to pay the full price of the service! I am going to my social media sites were I have over 200+ followers, yelp and anywhere else I can advise customers DO NOT USE MOVING STAFFERS MARKETPLACE they should be out of business with the customer service they provide!
