Arrived as scheduled. Very efficient and friendly. Worked hard and quickly. Only complaint is we asked that wardrobe boxes be loaded last for easy access and they were blocked behind other furniture. Overall I would hire them in the future without question.

15 mn late with no phone call but professional and positive. Note: if you are unloading a 24 ft truck, you need more than 2 guys or plan on more than 2 hours for unloading.

Where do I start? This company is very unprofessional. The movers were instructed to wrap a glass table. They did not. They ended up scratching the glass. I was told the damage would be covered by insurance. The owner and her husband (supervisor) said the movers, who are their good friends, deny their negligence despite acknowledgement of such damage in WRITING. I was told I could not go through ASAP Mover’s insurance because I did not purchase it directly with the company, although it was indicated on HireAHelper site that I selected an insured and bonded company. The owner actually gave my home number to one of the disgruntled movers who called me upset trying to cover his tail. The story goes on but the bottom line is this company was negligent with my goods, the will not allow me to go through insurance, they will not pay to have a professional fix the table and they will not offer a cash retribution…they will not do anything except call me, deny everything, behave confrontational, and are unprofessional in every sense. Everything about this business is suspect. A claim is being filed with the Better Business Bureau and I intend to sue this company. HireAHelper did refund the initial cost of the move and were very professional. I would go their website again but encourage everyone to stay far away from ASAP Movers.
