Chris called me right away after my placing the order. We had to reschedule due to a death in the family and he was very accommodating about that. The guys that came to unload the truck, Diego and Bo, were extremely courteous and personable. They unloaded the ridiculous amount of boxes I had in the amount of time allotted, set up the bed and hooked up the washer/dryer for me. I'd definitely recommend these guys.
