Jorge and Andres were absolutely fantastic! They were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They knew their exact plan of action after surveying everything in my apartment, and got moving right away. My apartment was 2 stories with a long narrow staircase making moving large heavy items a pain, but they were not phased by this, and got all our stuff out quickly and efficiently while still being thorough and careful not to damage anything.
I moved about 200 miles away, and they made the drive in great time. They unloaded quickly and made sure everything was where we wanted, and nothing was broken or damaged. They made the whole process seamless and stress-free and were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

The service we received from Family Movers LLC on 4/15/25 was very good. We had a crew of three (Andres, Jorge, and Pedro) who were all friendly and helpful. They were on time and prepared when we met them and they maintained their professionalism until the job was completed. They are hard working and during our four hours of moving time they remained respectful of our furniture and goods. We plan to use them again in the future and will be referring them to other family and friends as well.

They showed up within the specified 1 hr window and got right to work.
The men looked at what had to be moved and worked out what needed to be loaded first and got it done without any issues care was taken for all of the furniture and everything that was not wrapped ahead of time was wrapped when put into the pod.

Incredibly helpful for a not so easy move. We would have been in a bad spot if we didn't hire them. They made the move fun and helped to motivate us to complete it. Five out of five stars would highly recommend to anyone looking for a helpful, friendly moving service.

Family Movers arrived on time, were amazingly quick and efficient, handled delicate goods well.
I'd give them 5-stars, but they were subcontracted through another company, "Hire-a-Helper". Agreement was for 2 hrs. minimum, but not knowing how long it might take, I also asked for a possible 2 additional hrs.
They finished in 2, but the company tried to bill me double the minimum or for 4 hrs. total, and told me Family Movers insisted on 4 hr total bill. Not sure if that's true (ie if the Hire-a-Helper told the truth), but I'm having to contest it with them, and my credit card company for the excess almost $300.
I'd book directly with Family Movers in the future and make sure they agree to bill ONLY the time they spend if it exceeds th 2-hr minimum
