This company is AMAZING! I booked them a week out but desperately needed them last night and they came to my rescue. They showed up dressed in uniform and to my surprise they were able to lift all my heavy equipment and furniture. They were very nice and professional! I couldn’t believe they got everything done in the two hour time frame and even took an extra stop with me. These guys are definitely worth every penny and I definitely plan on using them in the future. Thanks again guys!

I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately we didn't have a great experience and it's worth sharing so others don't have the same issues. The night before our scheduled (8a) move, the movers requested a change date/time, which simply was not an option with our schedule. When we told them we could not do that, we didn't get a call back to confirm we were still scheduled, and they did not show up within the scheduled hour. I had to go through Hire A Helper to track them down and we were told that they would be there later in the day (again, no one bothered to confirm this with us). Then, when we were told there would be 3 helpers, only 2 were available, so the move took considerably longer than expected. In the end, the job got done and we were issued a refund for the lack of third mover, but we won't be using them again in the future.

Wow! Brittany and Sean are true professionals! Great at communicating arrival time and got right to work! They took exceptional care of some delicate, older pieces of furniture I have and I really appreciated that! They were friendly, helpful and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will strongly recommend them to anyone who is planning a move!

Our arrival window was 8-9. I called at 9:30 to see where they were, and then had to call two more times before I was told that the movers were running behind so they were going to send two alternate guys. They finally arrived at 10:30. Our movers made it clear they were not happy to be there and we didn't even get their names. They took 3 hours to load our rental truck. By that point we were several hours late to our hotel check-in as we were moving out of state. For perspective, our second team of movers at our destination (not On the Move LLC) unloaded our truck in 45 minutes. It was not a good feeling to be getting ready for a cross-country move and not knowing whether this company was going to show up or finish the job on time. Lastly our furniture was damaged upon arrival to the point where we have to buy a new couch and new coffee table, which is really upsetting.

Make sure everything is packed and seperated. (What stays and what goes) Also make sure there is a clear path for the movers and all pets are put away.

We do a little of everything. From residential moves to offices, storages, PODS, long distance (out of state) as well.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
