Troy and his associate were very professional. They were very flexible with the appointment and accommodated last-minute changes. They unloaded a completely packed 16 feet POD in under 1.5 hours. They were very courteous. They helped us with the washer/dryer installation as well. I will definitely use their services again.

UNPROFESSIONAL! The movers didn’t arrive with tools although it states that they will in their description. One of the movers did most of the work while the other was on his phone claiming it was because they had to share tools although there was other furniture that he could’ve been moving. The owner called me a liar over the phone when I told him what his mover was doing. I asked them to leave because the moving wasn’t completed within the 2 hour timeframe & they wanted me to pay for additional time. They also damaged my door frame while moving furniture. I’ve hired professional movers before & they were the worst!

The moving crew showed up on time but without equipment to "help" with the move. (The guys were visibly intoxicated and smelled like weed.) They movers told me that they were going to rent dollies from Home Depot but did not return. One of the movers called to tell me that they had just quit the job after an argument with the owner and offered to take cash payment for the move. I respectfully declined due to the fact that I had prepaid for the move via Hire A Helper.
When I asked that Hire A Helper send a different company to complete the move, the representative told me that the owner stated that I had sent the crew away. (A flat out lie.) The Hire A Helper representative told me that I would not get a refund for the move since the owner had claimed that I sent the crew away.
