The people at KBA movers were on time and were prepared for the job. They followed my instructions and were able to move my couches and other heavy furniture in and out of their truck. They worked hard and had time to chat with me for a moment before moving things to the house. Unfortunately, a few valuable items were damaged during the move, including a beveled glass from a grandfather clock, the bottom fell out of another, plus a lamp and lampshade. Things like that do happen from time to time, though. I've been trying to contact them for an update to see what will be covered for the damages, but I'm waiting to hear back. Still, KBA movers did a good job moving my heavy furniture to the hosue.

They came early... loaded everything quickly and securely... packed totes and boxes in the gaps to make everything in the POD tight... and made sure we had aa much space in the back of the POD for the stuff we still needed to box up.. they were great! I'd use them again!
