The Grade A Movers crew arrived within the promised time and went right to work. They assessed items to be loaded, and worked efficiently and timely. The crew was also very pleasant and friendly.

The helper from wasn't good at all.
The worked for one and half hour including discussion time about their capabilities of doing the job.
Because both mover appear high, they smelled weed strongly.
They forgot two large rouges and suitcases. The arrangement was awful. They left without pulling the container door completely down; because of the bad arrangement I had to call them to get back and move the blocking boxes. They through two fragile boxes to the back of the container Without securing them.
At the start up when we ask them about consuming weed they were just stare ant us and didn't say anything but one of the mover that could talk keep saying we are professionals and can do the job. But at the end, they said we hurt the feeling by asking that question and they were at a family or friends place that They had consume weed , this is why they smells but their face, their movement was shown clearly they were on under effect of consumption of the weed ... very dishonest, and not paying attention to the customers request just randomly without thinking, putting prepared small boxes into the container , not listening to my requests for not adding heavy load ( big wool rug) on the sleepnumber mattress that I have mentioned before they start the loading and when the were taking in the forgotten rugs that could easily be vertically be fitted in.I have never recommend them to anyone. It was the worse experience I could ever imagine .

I would like request to have my refund of 100 dollars ( 2person by 30 minutes).
They showed up at 12:45 pm ( called they will be late that I said fin and thank me hen for letting me know)
When I was looking to enter the start time and end time one of the mover intervened to sign off at the end of webpage sort of intentionally took me to the signature section!
I have all the information ( when they called they arrived and when I singed the job closing , should be found in your system to proof of work hour of one hour and half. I expect you be fair to refund hundred dollars and also compensate the suffering we went through during this loading.thanks
