I had an extremely disappointing experience with the movers I hired. Upon arrival at the initial location, they immediately began complaining and exhibited unprofessional behavior such as smoking, frequent breaks, and eating during working hours.
The situation worsened when they arrived at the second location. One of the workers entered my apartment and proceeded to smoke, showing a lack of regard for the job at hand and disrespecting my home environment. The overall attitude and conduct of the crew were unacceptable, with only one of the workers, the older of the two, demonstrating any diligence.
I regret my decision to hire them and would strongly advise against using their services to anyone else.

Their employees were not very professional. They smelled strongly of weed, I get that the job isn't exciting, but getting high at work makes you forgetful. They didn't tie down anything even though I gave them ratchet straps and I had to do it myself. That being said, they communicated beforehand to understand what was needed, showed up when they said they would, and got the heavy items I needed loaded in time.

You get what you pay for. I chose Grade A movers because they seemed like they had good reviews at a good price. Unfortunately, my experience was poor. They delayed a day due to a family emergency and were late by two hours when they did come due to a flat tire. While I understand that life happens, I also had to adjust my schedule due to this. Then while they were packing the boxes and my moving pods I had to ask them to pack things differently because they were packing them in a way that would damage my stuff. They weren’t very efficient and I had to get other movers from a more reputable company to finish the job and rearrange the stuff in my pod so that nothing would be damaged. I felt like there was no respect for my property. I would not use them again.
