Crew arrived on time but was very slow and unmotivated, resulting in additional time being charged. This was in spite of everything previously boxed and a family of three assisting. More importantly they did a horrible job stacking and securing items, resulting in damages. Most baffling they thought putting an extremely expensive white couch on its side against the ground without covers was a good idea, despite many, many wraps being available. Unluckily for me this wasn’t seen until after move in, resulting in extensive staining. If you hire prepare to watch like a hawk. In the end all gear eventually arrived, but man I wish a better job was done. Also prepare to have the movers watch you fill out the review which is very awkward

The movers arrived significantly later than the scheduled time, which immediately set the day off on the wrong foot. When they finally showed up, they seemed to be in a hurry and were noticeably careless in how they handled our belongings. The process of unloading the boxes from the truck was rushed and unorganized, resulting in a sloppy and unprofessional experience. To make matters worse, they managed to damage both of our mattresses while carrying them into the bedroom which is completely unacceptable from a professional moving service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others and would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more reliable movers.
