Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. Furniture damaged. Movers kept complaining about the amount of stairs I had. Argument over the phone when I had complaint about service and damaged furniture.

It was the hottest day of the year, and we were their third move of the day, but the three guys that helped us move in were All-Stars! They had great attitudes and worked hard, non-stop. We had to encourage them to take a water break, they were so intent on getting the job done in a timely fashion. Moving from out of state, this was a great introduction to the Detroit area!
