Didn’t put boxes in room in which they were labeled to go.
Also left a bunch of them in the garage instead of bringing them in the house. There seemed to be no communication between the three people unloading.
I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

They were running late but called to let us know, and they would arrive. They did a wonderful job of moving furniture from our basement with no problems. I would use them again if we need help.
