What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Tyrees or Londyn will contact you when one is available for confirmation of your move. Also to ensure the details of the job as well as the customers' acknowledgment to be well prepared for the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On time arrival, efficient and friendly service, professionalism.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all the items that you've decided to be boxed ready to go. Have moving blankets/pads for movers to wrap items that are wood, glass or fragile. Tape, Bubble wrap and wrapping paper is always recommended for packing. Straps/ties/rope always recommended for loading, especially if the area has any hills or slopes.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance, residential (houses/apartments), company (offices, warehouses), Rearrangements of all sorts. Packing/unpacking, piano moves, furniture assembly, senior moves. Storage unit help.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting to travel and come across many different areas as well as interacting and being of service to every customer that we help.
