Contracted with HireAHelper in advance of our move-in date. Website said arrival time would be 8am. The day before we were told @ 12:00. Received another phone call that indicated the time would be closer to 1:00. Received another phone call that it would be a little after 1:00; they arrived at 2:00. By that time we had unloaded the 6x12 trailer except for a bed room set and two tool chests. These were over to their respective locations. In one room they disassembled a bed and a mirror, and put them in the garage. Since this took so little time, we had some garden tools taken to the storage area. They finished a little before 2:00. We were given a 25% discount for this fiasco. Seriously? Why wouldn't it be 1/2 of the fee? Contract was for two hours "help", not one hour. So, we unloaded 3/4 of the trailer in SC heat, waited for the "help" to arrive, and were provided 1 hour help for $170.00. Pretty good gig, huh? $170.00 an hour plus hours of frustration.
