We made a last minute request through hireahelper, and Doug arrived over an hour early, and well-prepared with equipment to help with a 20 ft. truck unload. Although his other team member was unavailable, Doug got to work an did the job of two people, and I only had to help on a few bulkier items (mattresses!). Doug was very professional and personable, and got the job done quickly. I was so glad to have the help and highly recommend Onward Moving Service.

The lead of the three men was very disorganized. He would start to move an item and quit and go to something else. This happened constantly that lengthened my move into an expensive 8 hr unload 43 ft of trucks. I was even helping with unload to keep cost down. Also lead was rough with items causing damage. I have to repaint all the outdoor steps he bounced the dolly on with furniture. This move is close to worst move I ever had. The other two movers with the lead did very well, but they were constantly instructed by the lead to stop moving items and go back to the items later. I would never use them again if the lead is present, which I was told he is the boss.

They were on time and even brought a trailer just in case I needed it although I had a truck rented. They worked hard and took care in moving my stuff. I asked them to stay for an extra hour and they were happy to help
