I hired them through PackRat to load a container of my property which was going into storage for a while. They wrapped everything to protect my property, and organized the packing to maximize what would fit in the container.
PackRat estimated the job would take 3 hours, but it was a 5 hour job (PackRat's error as the team was very efficient in packing). I'm sure that messed up their schedule for the rest of the day, but they took it in stride and continued to provide excellent service and made sure all was to my liking.

All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
