We had a mixed experience. Two people came and worked for four hours as requested, but they brought just one dolly. We said in the description that they should bring “hand carts / dollies” and that we had many boxes. This meant at the end of the time there were still many boxes in our pod. We had also booked them for a Friday morning and on Thursday they asked if they could come that afternoon instead. We should not have accepted as it meant they were noticeably tired. HireAHelper did a great job following up when we complained (leading to a partial refund). If you have issues remember to take pictures to document what work was / was not done.
Summary: they will come on time and work, but be very specific about what they should bring and don’t accept a change in timing if it means shifting to later in the day.

Arrived 10 minutes before time window, then they packed quickly and efficiently. Saved me time on a very busy day and $ as they efficiently and securely packed in one less cube than I ordered! Extremely courteous and cheerful despite ridiculous heat and humidity levels. Highly recommend- you can’t do better than joe and his team.
