Eric and Ronin were fantastic. They arrived exactly on time and were friendly and professional. We had a lot of heavy boxes of books, as well as several large and unwieldy pieces of furniture, all of which needed to be moved up a tight stairwell into a second-floor apartment - on a rainy day, no less. Not only did Eric and Ronin take the time to make sure that all our belongings ended up in the correct room, they also strategized around periods of lighter rainfall so that items like our couch weren't damaged by the weather - and they still finished thirty minutes ahead of the end of the time we had booked.
