I had Justin and Romano help me move in and they were absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for more professional help moving in during my first PCS for the Army. Would recommend to anyone looking for moving labor help!

My scheduled arrival time was between 12-1pm; however, the movers showed up at 3pm which was an entire two hours late. I started receiving text messages saying that if we went over the 2 hours, I had to pay $100/hour for the overage. I ended up responding to the text confirming that we were done and signing that they were done as the crew was knocking on the front door, so I didn't get overcharged. The miscommunication with the moving company was an issue. I called twice to verify that they were still coming. This delay caused us to be driving home late arriving home at 3:45 am. I wouldn't recommend this particular moving service.

Arrived on time. Worked steadily. Was courteous and respectful. I asked for helper who could set up a sleep number bed and they could not do that. The company cut the price because they were unable to do that task.

They both worked very hard and were conscientious about taking good care of our belongings. They were respectful and polite. We would use them again, if needed.
