Because the POD was rescheduled BY PODS, Marshall rescheduled the team so that the team would start five hours later than originally scheduled. Rick and Bill arrived at 2:00 and worked until 9 pm, when it had become clear that we'd need a second container. They calmed me down, called Marshall, and within a half hour had helped me schedule a second container for delivery the next morning. Rick and Bill worked hard, and filled a 16 foot POD front to back and top to bottom. They were careful with my furniture, wrapped everything that needed to be cared for. I can't say enough positively about them or the company, I'm telling everyone I know to call Handy Hands for moves.

Two guys arrived a few minutes early and asked if it was okay to start. (I thought that was remarkable.) They worked long and hard -- in the rain -- kept things dry -- and filled a 16 foot pod in less than two hours, asked questions when they needed to, and did an amazing job. I would call them back in a minute.

We did not have a great experience with the movers. In addition to some damage, there were instances of our furniture falling off the dolly. Then, at the end of a very long day we had to acquire a second storage unit because the first one was not packed very efficiently. I know that the movers were working hard and there was a lot to do, so I appreciate their effort. But the level of service overall was not up to a professional moving standard.
