I wanted to extend my endorsement for ReloPro. They truly are a customer-oriented company. I needed movers to help me unload a POD containing boxes and a modest amount of furniture. Unfortunately, the PODS service does not disclose when the POD container will arrive to the destination site until the day before its arrival. And, even when they do, they only give you a 3 hour window. Jason, who was the job scheduler for the movers, was extremely flexible. He was committed to accommodating me even as other jobs were being booked. We finally agreed to an evening appointment since I still had not heard from PODS. Even after I finally got the POD container early in the morning, he managed to send two guys, who did a very professional job (Al and Joel), out to move my stuff much earlier than we had agreed. These guys were very careful with my belongings and they worked tirelessly until all of my things were in my apartment. In fact, they completed the job within an hour. Needless to say, I was very impressed with ReloPro, and I certainly would use them again in a heartbeat.

Delayed arrival time by 2 hours due to unavailablily of one out of two helpers. Two did show up two hours late. Job was completed with satifactory results. Some of the packing within the truck could have been better organized to help avoid item damage to to tippage and shifting within the truck.

Thank you for allowing me to switch my unloading day. Workers were slow. Took a few breaks which was ok because of the heat but the "boss" wanted me to pay them for their breaks which is unacceptable. The workers did a good job though.
